Since the Internet is the first line of action a Buyer takes, I make sure my clients have exposure and top quality visual tours, multiple photos and activity reports showing how many 'hits" their listing received in a given week. Buyers get a unique Showing Guide when we schedule a tour of homes. This guide includes pictures for each house, a map for location, a rating scale and area to make notes for each property. When I saw Maria's purple & pink hair in the Real Estate Book, I knew I had to work with her. For a Realtor to have the confidence to be published like that, she showed spunk. ¿¿We had a very difficult road with a contract falling apart in the Inspection process on the first house where Sellers were not willing to bring items to code and had impending major expenses. We had to start looking all over again. My relocation had a deadline and wasting nearly three weeks on the first house, the second offer had taken the wind out of my sails. Maria was understanding and informative and faxed documents back and forth and arranged for my son to attend closing on my behalf. It was not an ideal situation but Maria's assistance certainly lessened what it could have been. I'll use her again and recommend her to others. ¿¿ |

Maria provided us with access to The Home Buyers Scouting Report months before we were ready to purchase. By the time we started looking, we had changed the location, size of property and need for a walk out basement from our original ideas. We saved time, got an idea of market prices and only looked at approximately seven houses in all. The house we purchased was number 3 or 4 but everything after, couldn't beat it. The closing process was smooth and Maria negotiated repairs, referred a great inspector and was insightful to future development in the area. We recommend her to our friends and family. |

Maria was referred to us by an Aunt in Missouri who is also a Keller Williams Agent. Maria coordinated showings from Wellington to Loveland, New Construction to Resale from April through July. I don't know how many houses we looked at but, we finally built decided to build one. Maria worked around our schedules and most of them were after work hours or on weekends. It was a good experience and we love our home. |

We live in California and Maria assisted us with purchasing an investment property. The original house we made an offer on was beat out by another offer by a few hours. We had already left when a like property in the same subdivision came available. Maria went to the trouble of doing a visual tour of the second house so we could see what we were considering and put it on the web. We went to the www.visualtour.com site and purchased the house sight unseen. (sort of). Maria even arranged for us to meet a property manager who could interview and oversee rents. Her contacts and resources are unbelievable. Within thirty days, we closed on the property, installed air conditioning, hired a lawn service and Ty Youle had it rented before it was 60 days in our name. Maria will be our Colorado Realtor from now on. |
